Associated Terminals, in partnership with Stevedoring Services of America and International Ship Services, was selected by the Port of South Louisiana in Reserve to be the exclusive operator of the Port’s newly expanded Globalplex general cargo dock and terminal areas. In partnering with Stevedoring Services of America, we were able to combine the strength and experience of the largest general cargo stevedore in the United States with our expertise and knowledge in efficiently handling all types of bulk cargoes. This combination, along with the marketing experience of International Ship Services, has created a team with the skill and experience to ensure the long term success of this facility.

The Globalplex facility, located at Mile 138.5 AHP in Reserve, Louisiana, features a deep draft general cargo dock that was recently expanded to 692 feet in length and is now equipped with two new gantry mounted Manitowoc 2250 cranes. The facility offers 120,000 square feet of warehouse space and 205 acres of open area which includes a new 177,000 square foot paved storage pad. Rail access to multiple rail lines also exists throughout the facility.
