$1,500 Sign on Bonus

Paid out in two equal installments of $750.

Installments paid out at day 90 and at day 180.

Employee must be employed (Active status) at the time of bonus installment to receive installment payment.  The employee cannot be out on personal leave of absence (includes any protected leave conditions), any type of workers compensation program, or non-active status (terminated) to receive installment payment/bonus

Employees and candidates hired as of April 1, 2021- September 30, 2021, are eligible for the Sign-on Bonus.

The Sign-on Bonus period will end on September 30, 2021

Employees eligible for the Sign-on Bonus will not be eligible for midyear (would not be eligible for this bonus anyway as less than 90 days of service) and/or end-of-year bonus for 2021.  The next eligible bonus is midyear 2022.
