Carol Ballard, Associated Terminals’ first employee, was one of our most dedicated employees. Carol always displayed a sense of giving. After Carol passed away in 2009, Associated Efforts created a scholarship program in her memory to carry on her sense of giving for the children of employees of Associated Terminals.
