Early in his career, Melvin started out at a refinery before shifting his skills towards the river. Melvin has now been working on the river for over 13 years.
“I’ve always been a huge fan of the outdoors.” Melvin stated, “I’m always looking forward to going fishing, camping and just being out in nature.
As an equipment operator on the river, I get the best of both worlds. I get to advance and grow with a company that cares about me and still get to enjoy the scenery.”
