Associated Terminals is recognized as the leading stevedoring and terminal operator on the Lower Mississippi River and beyond.  Our team of highly skilled and experienced professionals and our top-quality equipment allows us to deliver the most efficient solutions for our customers. We recognize that none of this would be possible without fearless leadership. That said, we would like to give thanks and celebrate our President and Co-owner Todd Fuller for his 25 years of dedication to the Associated Terminals.

Fuller has led Associated Terminals towards impressive growth over the past 25 years. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at LSU, he joined the company in 1998 as a logistics coordinator and rose through positions of increasing responsibility. He further served as vice president and senior vice president of the company.

When Fuller joined Associated, we had a team of less than 50. Today, we own and operate 14 Gottwald Cranes, a floating grain elevator, and serve as the operator for the Port of South Louisiana Globalplex and the St. Bernard Port Harbor and Terminal District.

When David Fennelly founded Associated Terminals in 1990, he put forth the obligation of putting our team members first. Fuller has adopted this premise with immense pride, as he attests that as our company takes care of our team, our team takes care of our company.

Fuller’s approach is collaborative in nature. Working with his team, the company has grown by developing innovative technology, growing its operations in strategic locations, hiring the best talent in the industry and developing partnerships in the communities where we operate.

Fuller has been steadfast in leading our team through many obstacles. He has helped our team adapt and persevere through Hurricane Katrina, the 2008 recession, and the Covid-19 pandemic. Fuller has led the Associated team to not just overcome and recover, but to take them as an opportunity to grow and improve.

Our Chairmen, Gary Poirrier, has worked alongside Todd Fuller in many different capacities, and shares that he “certainly cannot think of a more experienced and knowledgeable person to be the leader of Associated!” As a long-term colleague, Poirrier notes how Fuller not only exhibits fantastic leadership skills, but also has the courage to lead and the intuitiveness to help shape our future every day.

“Certainly, this company would not be where it is today without his leadership. He is the only person able to follow in our founder David Fennelly’s footsteps as they were certainly big shoes to fill,” says Poirrier.

Fuller has guided this team to such success by emphasizing the importance of the unification of our team and of our daily dedication. We thank Todd Fuller for the 25 years of unwavering support and diligence he has offered to Associated Terminals and Turn Services! Congratulations Todd!
